Should an item develop a problem while covered under Linn warranty, a Linn Authorised Retailer will be happy to evaluate the item and advise you further on any issue. Visit http://www.linn.co.uk/terms_conditions to view the terms and conditions of Linn’s standard and extended warranty.
· Returns
Returns Within 7 Days of Delivery
We are confident in the quality of our products and are certain that you will be very happy with your purchase however if for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, you can return it in original condition within 7 days of delivery date and, once the item is received and inspected, we will issue a full refund for the price you paid for the item. Postage and packing fees will not be refunded in the case of non-faulty items.
We accept the return of non-faulty items only if they are in their original condition and only if the Returns procedure has been strictly adhered to.
If you are returning an item within 7 days of delivery date because of an order error on our part or because it is faulty, we will refund the delivery charges incurred in sending the item to you and your costs in returning the item to us, otherwise you will be responsible for those charges and the costs of any other services provided to you in connection with your purchase. If we do not receive the item back from you, we may arrange for collection of the item from your residence at your cost. Once we begin the delivery process, you will not be able to cancel any contract you have with us for postage and packing or other such services.
Should your item develop a problem within 7 days of delivery date and require to be returned, a repair will be attempted however should the item be deemed irreparable, a refund will be made and no alternative item will be offered.

You should contact Linn within 7 days of delivery date via eBay item ‘Contact Seller’ option clearly stating reason for return. If goods are faulty a description of fault should be provided. Assuming a fix cannot be provided remotely, we will provide you with a Returns Address and Returns Service Number which should be clearly marked on the outside of the packaging on the item to be returned. Items being returned should be sent to the address we provide at your cost.
We would recommend that items are returned via a trackable and insured method as repairs or refunds can only be granted on items which have been safely received.
Refunds will only be processed once goods have been received to the specified address.
Returns Outwith 7 Days of Delivery
Should your item develop a problem after 7 days from delivery you should contact your nearest Linn retailer for assistance. Please visit www.linn.co.uk for details of your nearest retailer. If the item was sold with an individual retailer warranty, you should contact the retailer concerned for assistance using the details provided at time of sale.
· Liabilities
Items listed within this Shop encompass products from many of our Linn Authorised Retailers and Linn subsidiaries. Linn shall not in any circumstances be under any liability to the customer for any indirect, consequential, economic or special loss or damage (whether for the loss of profile, loss of business depletion of goodwill or otherwise), costs, expenses, or other claims for misrepresentation, breach of duty or negligence on the part of Linn, its personnel or agents or arising from any cause whatsoever which arise out of or in connection with your purchase of goods.
The full extent of Linn’s liability in respect of any such loss or damage is the repair or replacement of goods or the refund of the price paid for the goods.
