Delivery:
All goods quoted for delivery shall be delivered to the address instructed by The Customer.via PAYPAL this address CAN NOT be changed (these are Paypal’s rules)  The cost of goods delivered will be charged to The Customer as defined in the listing details of delivery charges. Although guidelines have been provided, specific times and dates for delivery cannot be guaranteed.

Dispatching your Goods:
Chemist-4-u’s opening hours are between 8.30am and 5pm Monday to Friday, and our sales team will be happy to deal with any queries you might have via the ebay message service. Orders over the weekend period, goods will be dispatched on the following Monday morning.

Delivery Methods, Times & Charges
Chemist-4-u use various delivery methods, dependant upon the weight of the parcel. These methods include 1st Class Royal Mail and Courier delivery services. Standard delivery usually takes 2-3 working days from date of posting, but may take longer if circumstances beyond our control disrupt postal services. Chemist-4-u cannot process claims for loss of goods until 15 working days (3 weeks) have passed. If the standard Royal Mai untracked (no signature) or recorded service has been used and the item is stated as delivered we may not be able to replace goods unless a full investigation shows the items have been stolen in transit or on delivery, a crime number may be required.

Alternatively, for a quicker delivery you can have your items sent via the courier service.  This is for the UK mainland only we do not offer a quicker delivery outside the UK mainland. If you wish to take this option follow the instructions in the listing we do offer 24hr delivery(except Northern Scotland anf the Highlands- 2 day service) on some listing again  but these must be paid for before 11.30am for our courier to process for next day delivery Monday to Thursday we do not offer next day Saturday delivery next day orders paid on Fridays will be delivered Monday

Customers should note that all delivery times stated are provided on a guideline basis only and therefore cannot be guaranteed. All orders using standard delivery to the UK mainland over £40.00 will be upgraded to a courier service as Royal Mail only insure items to the value of £30 you will not be charged extra for this  

Aerosols

Please note that Royal Mail and ParcelForce class aerosols as a prohibited item for despatch. They do not carry any substances classified as dangerous in the latest edition of the Civil Aviation Organisation's Technical Instructions, including Class 2: Gases compressed, liquified or dissolved under pressure, iv) All aerosols are prohibited.

We can usually despatch these items within the UK with no problems but any transport by air will pick up on the restricted items, this usually includes Northern Ireland, Jersey, Gurnsey and Isle of Man (although classed as UK) and Ireland (North and South). If your order includes an aerosol and the parcel is returned to us due to the prohibited item, Chemist-4-u is not responsible for the delay or for refunding the postage  for Prohibited Items and will contact you regarding re-delivery, Handling Fees and discuss further options.

International Deliveries

Our overseas orders are sent via the best method available to the destination selected we use Royal Mail (Airsure and International Signed For) these are both tracked methods also in Europe we use interlink express and in the USA we have access to FEDEX express, We reserve the right to ship your order via the best method we see fit tracking numbers for every order are available upon request. If your tracked delivery's are returned to us because no resposnse to cards and or Recipient Absent we will not refund postage costs and redelivery costs will be at our discretion.  

Customs

The buyer is responsible for any customs charge’s and clearance required for the country of destination.

(As every item we sell is customs clear for the UK)

The buyer is responsibility to check if the ordered item/items are able to be imported into the destination country any items seized at customs will not normally be refunded.

We can place claims for lost or seized items on behalf of customers who have a tracked delivery service this normally takes 28 days to process and any refund will be processed after completion.
