Q:Has my item shipped yet?
A:We post all items within 8 *working* hours. We do not post out on public holidays.
Q:When will I get my item(s)?
A:Most items posted to UK addresses should take 2-3 working days to reach you but in some cases it takes longer. We cannot accelerate the postal services. Items posted to Europe can take 5-14 working days to arrive but most will arrive sooner. Please do not contact us about missing items until at least 7 days after the date you paid for the item.
Q:I am having problems paying you with PayPal. What do I do?
A:We accept that sometimes, problems with PayPal prevent you from paying. We're happy to wait a week or more for payment to give you plenty of time to sort out your PayPal. You don’t need to contact us immediately about this. Please try to resolve the problem first with PayPal. Only contact us if you feel you cannot resolve the issue within 7-10 days
Q:I am trying to pay via your checkout system but it doesn’t work. How can I pay for the item?
A:Our checkout system is extremely reliable. Occasionally some customers are unable to get to the checkout page or can't complete the checkout process. This is often due to PC or ISP related problems of a temporary nature. Please do not contact us immediately if you have a problem. If it still doesn't work after 6 hours, please email us.
Q:How do I access your free download zone? I have bought a data cable or Bluetooth dongle from you.
A:All data cables and dongles come with written instructions on how to access our free download zone. Have a look in the bag for this instruction sheet. You may not have noticed it. If you didn’t get one or can’t find it, please contact us and we will email you a copy.
Q:My item is faulty or has some other kind of problem with it. What do I do?
A:Please contact us within 7 days of receipt of the goods and give a full description of the nature of the fault and any measures you have already taken to resolve it so far. We will endeavour to ensure your complete satisfaction with your purchase.
Q:I bought a phone data cable from you but I don’t know what to do with it. What do I do?
A:All data cables come with written instructions on how to access our free download zone. Have a look in the bag for this instruction sheet. You may not have noticed it. If you didn’t get one or can’t find it, please contact us and we will email you a copy.
Q:Do you offer a shipping discount? If I order several items, will you combine the postage or provide a discount?
A:We currently offer a combined postage discount of £0.75 off each additional item purchased after the first one. The more you buy, the more you save!
Q:I want to buy several of your items. How do I go about that?
A:Please visit our eBay shop. All our products are listed there at fixed prices and can be bought now in multiple quantities.
Q:What forms of payment do you accept?
A:We only accept PayPal. We DO NOT accept credit/debit cards except via your PayPal account. We do not accept cheques, cash, postal orders, eCheques, bank transfers, monopoly money or any other forms of payment so please don't send them. Please be aware of this before bidding.
Q:When will you leave feedback for me? I have already left you positive feedback.
A:We leave positive feedback to every buyer as soon as payment is made. We pride ourselves on offering excellent customer service and our reputation is very important to us. In the unlikely event you are not satisfied with the transaction, please contact us as soon as possible.
Q:My PC runs Linux with a non-standard browser and I can’t use your checkout system. What do I do?
A:We cannot guarantee that our checkout will work on your platform. The checkout runs on Windows 98/Me/2000/XP/2003/Vista with Internet Explorer 6.0 and newer. It is also compatible with Mac running IE/Safari. Other combinations of OS and browser may not work. We suggest you complete checkout on a compatible system if possible. Otherwise contact us.
Q:Are your mobile phone data cables capable of flash upgrading the phone’s firmware?
A:Our cables are not suitable for flash upgrading. Other sellers on eBay will sell you suitable cables.
Q:I bought an item from you but I don’t have a PayPal account. What do I do?
A:We also accept all major credit and debit cards at our checkout. PayPal is not required. Setting up a PayPal account is free and only takes a few minutes of your time and will enable you to get the most out of eBay.
Q:How much is postage to my country?
A:Please look at the item listing. Towards the bottom there is a link to our shipping calculator. Click on it. This will enable you to work out the exact postage to your country or territory.
