All orders are shipped in plain packaging and the shipping label does not
mention our name or the word "lingerie." In fact, there is no clue on the
outside of the box as to the contents! You can feel safe having a shipment sent
to your home or work address (assuming nobody else opens your mail, of course).
Processing Time:
In most cases, your order will be processed within the same day after your order
is placed as long as your payment receive before 2:00pm PT. Some Order certain
item not in stock may take 1-3 business day to ship from our warehouse..
Standard Shipping:
All items shipped worldwide via First Class/Priority/international parcel
service. They are shipped via United States Postal Service Mail. Please Allow
1-7 full business day for order to be delivered to USA and 7-21 full business
day for order to be delivered worldwide. Business days are Monday-Friday,
excluding federal holidays within the United States.
Returns:
We want our customers to feel safe knowing they can return
their items, no questions asked! If you are not happy with your items for any
reason, simply follow these 3 easy steps!
1. Go to the-cheeky-store.com/Return_Form.htm
2. Print out the Return Form, fill it out, and enclose it with
your item you are returning. Return to the address listed below.

3. Once we have received your item(s) and inspected them, we
will issue you a Store Credit Code in the amount of your original bid price
(excludes shipping). The Store Credit Code can be used for the purchase price
ONLY, shipping and handling will not be covered under the Store Credit Code.
Store Credit Code can be used one time only, so please use the full value of the
Discount Code for your purchase.
Returns Restrictions:All
returns must be postmarked within 3 days of receipt of your package. If items
are damaged, we must be contacted within 24 hours of receipt. We will not accept
any items with odors (perfume, smoke, etc.) All original tags must be attached,
with no signs of wear. Only one Discount Code can be used per purchase. Store
credit codes expire within 90 days of the RMA request.
