How long do is need to wait for my item?
Normally It will take 10-14 business days to Europe and 14-21 business days to America
Will you combine shipping
Yes, we do. But the payment shoud be made at the same time.
Do you have tracking number?
Tracking number provide only quatity of the order more than 10 pieces. But if you buy less, you can request it but £1.5 will be charged
I do not receive my item. What can I do
Please email us as soon as possible and We will do our best to solve the problem.
Is the shipping too high? Do you overcharge it
No, We are not overcharge it. The shipping dose not include only the shipping cost. It also included packaging, labour and transportation.
