We ship via Fedex and the Royal Mail. Most items over 1Kg are shipped with our couriers any items under this weight are shipped with the Royal Mail. Insurance is included in the price, Fedex deliveries will require a signature on receipt.
 Estimated delivery time on most orders is 3-4 working days, although the majority of orders will arrive well before this shipping estimate.

chaseexpress is the eBay trading name of one of the UK's leading AV accessory resellers. We have a history dating back to 1997, and are established in the UK as a VAT registered limited company
Making A Purchase
Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our eBay shop and purchase as many items as you wish. After you have finished your selection, you may combine your items or pay for them separately.
We accept PayPal and credit card and debit card payments. Payment can be made using the following credit or debit cards by telephone: American Express, Visa, Delta, Electron, MasterCard, Maestro, Solo and Switch. Payment must be made within 5 days of placing the order.
A contract is only formed with us once we have dispatched the item(s), therefore, the order can be cancelled by us at any point prior to dispatch. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason.
Once an order has been placed and payment made, we will send a confirmation email and receipt to the email address provided during the order process.
Shipping And Handling / Additional Information
We ship only to the United Kingdom. The customer will be advised of the delivery charge when viewing the item.
Delivery Schedule
We aim to ship your items as soon as possible, often on the same day as ordering provided that payment has been received. Usually, items ordered before 4pm will ship the same day although this is not a guarantee and dispatch may take longer during busy periods.
Tax Charges
For all orders, 17.5% VAT is included in the price. There are no exceptions to this.

Returns Policy
In accordance with the DTi "Distance Selling Regulations", customers have 7 working days to change their minds and cancel an order. We will refund provided that the goods are as new and are unused, are returned in the original packaging including manuals etc, and the client covers all carriage costs. This includes the charges for any collections organised by ourselves.
Any incomplete or used goods will be returned to the client or incur a charge that is equal to the cost of returning the goods to their original value.
Refunds will be issued within 30 days of the customer notifying that they wish to make a return. The refund will exclude any amount charged for carriage.
We regret that we are unable to issue refunds for products that are "made-to-measure" (such as a plasma mount that will fit a single machine) or made to order.
In the unlikely event that the goods are damaged or contain the incorrect order when they arrive with the customer, it is the customer's responsibility to advise us within 7 working days. The customer must retain all packaging and contents for inspection by mountsbracketsuk if required.
A courier will collect any damaged goods from the customer and a replacement or refund will be given within 14 days of receipt at chaseexpress of the returned items. The customer must retain all packaging and contents.
