| RETURNS POLICY & PROCEDURE
**WE NOW ACCEPT RETURNS ON ALL AUCTION AND BUY-IT-NOW ITEMS**
In order to return an item, please contact us about the item you wish to return, stating in as much detail as possible the reason for the return and whether you would like a Charming Magpies store credit or a full refund of the goods value (excluding original delivery charge).
Please post your return back to us in the original packaging to the address below within 14 days of receipt stating the Ebay Item ID, your Ebay User ID, name and address. Please be aware that the item is your responsibility until it reaches us. Therefore we recommend you use a secure and insured delivery service (such as Royal Mail Special Delivery), as Charming Magpies cannot accept responsibility for items not received.
* For International customers where special delivery is not available please ensure all items for refund are returned via an insured carrier service with tracking as we cannot accept liability until the item is received.

FAULTY OR NOT AS DESCRIBED ITEMS We take pride in our reputation for providing high quality vintage items. We check all our items thoroughly and will always try to describe them in as much detail as possible e.g. natural wear, flaws or damage. In the case where there is a claim; and an item has been described inaccurately by us in error or if you have any concerns about the item you have received, please contact us via Ebay or Customer Care at info@charmingmagpies.co.uk stating the Ebay Item ID and your Ebay User ID. We can then arrange a refund or a Charming Magpies store credit depending on your preference and circumstances.
IF YOU RECEIVE THE WRONG ITEM
In the highly unlikely event that you receive the wrong item please contact us via Ebay or Customer Care at info@charmingmagpies.co.uk stating the Ebay Item ID you expected to receive and your Ebay User ID. We can then arrange for the correct item to be sent to you, a refund, or credit note issued.
MY RETURN WAS PROCESSED BUT I WASN’T REFUNDED MY DELIVERY CHARGE We will usually refund you what you paid for the goods but not the delivery charge except in cases where the order was faulty or you received the wrong item.
