We want our delivery service to be fast, flexible and totally hassle-free for you. We despatch goods every day Monday to Friday to all destinations worldwide, and providing your payment is received by 3pm GMT your goods will be despatched the same day. We offer a number of different services provided by the Royal Mail, all of which are insured services and can be fully tracked to give you peace of mind and recompense should anything happen to your delivery.

Charming Magpies offer a cheep cheep flat rate delivery charge of £3.50 to all UK customers, so you can purchase as many items as you like with the postage staying the same. Please note that this flat rate can only be applied to an order prior to payment being made. Simply order the items you would like and proceed to checkout where you will receive a single invoice.

UK DELIVERY OPTIONS
Standard Delivery (estimated delivery time 1-3 working days)

• We use a selection of recorded services provided by the Royal Mail.
• A signature will be required upon receipt.
• A tracking number is available for all parcels and will be sent to you via our dispatch email.
• If you are unable to take receipt of the delivery the Royal Mail will leave a calling card explaining how to re-arrange delivery or collection.
• Unfortunately there will be no deliveries on Bank Holidays. In this instance please expect your delivery to be sent on the next working day.
• If you do not arrange re-delivery or collection within 7 days, the goods will be returned to us, in which case you will be required to re-pay the delivery charge.
• Deliveries away from the UK mainland may take longer to arrive.

Royal Mail Special Delivery (next day service)

• Available Monday to Friday unless a Saturday delivery (£4 extra) has been arranged.
• Your order must be completed by 3pm to ensure next day delivery.
• Guaranteed delivery before 1pm.
• A signature will be required upon receipt.
• Orders completed after 3pm on a Friday will be delivered the following Tuesday (excluding Bank Holidays), unless an upgrade to Saturday delivery is made.
• A tracking number is available for all parcels and will be sent to you via our dispatch email.
• If you are unable to take receipt of the delivery the Royal Mail will leave a calling card explaining how to re-arrange delivery or collection.
• Unfortunately there will be no deliveries on Bank Holidays. In this instance please expect your delivery to be sent on the next working day.
• If you are unable to take delivery and do not arrange re-delivery or collection, the goods will normally be returned to us, in which case you would need to pay a further delivery charge for re-delivery.

EUROPEAN UNION DELIVERY OPTIONS (estimated delivery time 3-5 working days)
The cost of delivery varies according to the weight of your parcel. Shipping can be calculated by selecting your country from the drop-down menu in the ‘postage and packaging’ section of each item listing. Whenever possible we always combine postage; should you require a shipping quote before bidding please contact us.

• We use the Royal Mail Airmail service for all deliveries within the European Union (please note: tracking is not available with the standard service. If you would like a tracked service please email us for our International Signed-For rates).
• If you are unable to take receipt of the delivery the Royal Mail will leave a calling card explaining how to re-arrange delivery or collection.
• Unfortunately there will be no deliveries on Bank Holidays. In this instance please expect your delivery to be sent on the next working day.
• If you are unable to take delivery and do not arrange re-delivery or collection, the goods will normally be returned to us, in which case you would need to pay a further delivery charge for re-delivery.

REST OF THE WORLD DELIVERY OPTIONS (estimated delivery time 5-10 working days)
The cost of delivery varies according to the weight of your parcel. • If you are unable to take receipt of the delivery the Royal Mail will leave a calling card explaining how to re-arrange delivery or collection.
• Unfortunately there will be no deliveries on Bank Holidays. In this instance please expect your delivery to be sent on the next working day.
• If you are unable to take delivery and do not arrange re-delivery or collection, the goods will normally be returned to us, in which case you would need to pay a further delivery charge for re-delivery.
• Please be aware that your parcel can be delayed by customs. We have no control over this, and cannot supply any details about why or for how long your parcel will be delayed.

CUSTOMS CHARGES
You are responsible for paying any import duties and customs charges due once the item has arrived at its destination country. We have no control over customs charges or when they are applied and our experience shows that this can vary considerably from country to country.

COMBINED SHIPPING AND POSTAGE DISCOUNTS

SHIPPING NOTIFICATIONS AND TRACKING
As soon as your payment has been received and cleared you will receive an email notifying you of this. As we post items every working day, within this time, you will also receive a further ‘dispatch notification’ email notifying you of the despatch of your goods and the tracking information.
