Terri Piasecki, aka ENVIROSAFETYGAL (ebay user id)  owns and operates CharmandHammer.com as well as this ebay store and even dropships women's gear worldwide for other larger  online safety suppliers.  As en employee of an environmental company since 1990, Terri noticed that women's gear was extremely difficult to find.   Her huband, Jim, was given an opportunity to transfer from New York to North Carolina for his job (also in the construction industry).  So, in 2002, Terri made a decision to create an opportunity of her own;  Charm and Hammer, Safety Gear for Hard Working Women was born!   Since then, Terri has added one permanent employee, Michelle.  Michelle helps with all of the administrative duties! Sometimes she even handles customer service!!   And we are starting to offer temporary postitions for local high school students so they can learn in the ins and outs of business!   Up until now, Charm and Hammer has been a sole proprietor, doing business as Charm and Hammer.  I am happy to report, we are in the process of incorporating!! Soon, we will be know as Peak Safety & Supply, Inc. (also dba Charm and Hammer.com). The paperwork is underway!!
