TERMS OF SALE
Please read these Terms of Sale BEFORE you bid on any of our vehicles or execute a Buy It Now.
These terms and conditions apply to any and all vehicles sold by us on Ebay, so please ask your questions before you bid.
All bids are considered binding so please do not put us in the position of having to leave negative feedback for you because you did not educate yourself about our polices before you made the committment!
We require ALL winning bidders for vehicle purchases to finalize their purchase at our dealership in North Carolina. Please do not bid if you are not willing to come to our store to execute your purchase.

TERMS OF SALE
A. Bids and Bidding
A1. All individuals, businesses and dealers are welcome. We look forward to doing business with you!
A2. Successful high bidder or Buy It Now winner must contact Zach Downs at (704) 650-9695 OR Zach@Motomadness.com within 24 hours of the close of the auction.
A3. We reserve the right to cancel all bids, end an auction early, or otherwise remove the vehicle from Ebay should the vehicle become unavailable for sale for any reason.
A4. Please do not bid unless you not only intend to buy, but have the financial resources and/or credit to pay for the vehicle.
A5. Contact us to obtain financing BEFORE bidding. Please see the section on Financing for more information.
B. Payment
B1. A deposit of $250.00 is due within 24 hours after the close of the auction or execution of the Buy It Now. Failure to provide this deposit within the requisite time frame will nullify the sale and prompt us to file an unpaid item dispute with Ebay. Please see Methods Of Payment for more information on acceptable types of payment.
B2. Final execution of the sale, delivery of the vehicle and collection of all remaining monies due are expected within 10 days of the end of the auction or execution of the Buy It Now.
B3. Methods of Payment - Deposits
For the $250 close of auction deposit, we accept Paypal, cash, money order, bank wire transfer of funds, credit card (winning bidder must be the card-holder), or bank cashier's check.
B4. Methods of Payment - Vehicle
For non-financed vehicle purchases we accept all of the above methods of payment excluding Paypal and credit card.
For financed vehicle purchases your down payment may be made via any of the above methods of payment excluding Paypal and credit card.
B5. We do not accept personal checks for Ebay transactions.
C. Financing
C1. We are proud to offer you access to financing available through several fine lenders such as American Honda Finance Company, Household Bank, and GE Financial Services. If you are interested in qualifying for financing with one of these lenders you will need to make those arrangements with us prior to bidding. The easiest way to apply is to go to our website at www.motomadness.com and complete a credit application on-line. **Be SURE to put "EBAY" in the Comments/Notes section so that your application is routed properly. Please also email Zach Downs, our Ebay Manager, at Zach@motomadness.com that you have submitted your application. Failure to do this will result in delays in processing your application.
C2. Most purchases financed with our lenders will require the recording of a lien in their favor in order to secure the collateral and additional fees and taxes may be due in order to execute this process. Make sure to talk with us about this prior to bidding if you have questions.
D. Taxes and Registration Fees
D1. We are a North Carolina company and collect and remit all taxes required by the state of North Carolina. We will also collect any taxes and registration fees necessary to record any liens as required by your lender should you finance your purchase. ***Any taxes and registration fees are OVER AND ABOVE the winning auction price or Buy It Now amount. Please speak with us prior to bidding if you have questions about taxes and registration fees.
D2. We are proud to have knowledgeable and experience titling staff and are glad to assist you with your titling and registration needs. Registration fees vary by state so please ask any questions prior to bidding.
E. Documentation Fees
E1. All sales, except those executed by a buyer with a valid resale license, will be charged a Documentation Fee. This documentation fee is INCLUDED in the final auction price or Buy It Now amount.
F. Rebates, Incentives, Discounts, Coupons, Etc.
F1. Any and all rebates, incentives, discount programs, coupons or other promtional payment item have already been applied to the winning auction price or Buy It Now amount.
G. Taking Delivery & Shipping
G1. We require all purchasers of vehicles to finalize their purchase on-site at our dealership. Once your purchase is executed we will be glad to facilitate delivery or shipping to your desired destination at your expense.
G2. Shipping and delivery costs are the responsibility of the winning bidder and are NOT included in your winning auction price or Buy It Now amount.
H. Description and Condition of Vehicles
H1. There are no warranties express or implied on any vehicle. If your vehicle is new any warranty is made by American Honda Motor Company. If your vehicle is used there may or may not be an active warranty backed by the manufacturer. At your request this information can be verified.
H2. Every effort has been made to fairly and accurately describe the condition of this vehicle. Please be advised that used vehicles may sometimes have cosmetic and mechanical wear commensurate with their age and/or mileage. We welcome a potential buyer's inspection and ask that you please schedule your inspection appointment to occur prior to the end of the auction and prior to placing your bid.
