Returns and Refunds
Returns are accepted on Buy It Now purchases only. We do not accept returns on items won at auction. The size of every garment is available in the item listing - please check it carefully before committing to buy in order to minimise the likelhood of ordering the incorrect size. If you would like any specific measurements which are not given in the listing, please feel free to contact us.
However, should you receive an ill-fitting garment, please contact us immediately to arrange a return. You may return an item within seven working days of receipt for a refund. We reserve the right to withhold refund if the item is visibly worn, damaged, marked, washed, smells of smoke, aftershave, perfume, deodorant or washing powder, or is in any condition that we deem renders the item unsaleable.
Please note that refunds do not include original postage costs, and we do not reimburse the cost of returning items to us - buyers must return items at their own cost. All refunds are subject to a 10% restocking fee to cover costs and administration. |
