PAYMENT
All items are to be paid for by paypal within seven days of the auction ending. We prefer paypal on our Ebay sales, although we can take credit/debit card payments, you will need to contact our customer services on 01724 277610 and quote Ebay when ringing - lines are open Mon-Fri 9:00 - 5:30. Ebay non payers will have disputes raised against them after 7 days of non payment, please no time wasters, don't bid if you are not prepared to buy!
SHIPPING
All items will be shipped within 5 working days (Mon-Fri) when payment has been received. Small items will be sent Royal Mail recorded delivery. Large items will be sent via City Link courier.
Anyone requiring international shipping must contact us via Ebay or contact us during office hours 01724 277610 for a shipping quote before bidding. International shipping is charged at cost based on the couriers quote. Any items over 1.3 meters does incur a large charge and is extremely expensive, please request a quote first before trying to bid.
We are unable to allow collections for Ebay items as our shops cannot access your order information. All items will be sent via post or courier, if you have any queries regarding this then please contact customer services on 01724 277610 or email martin@chapmansangling.co.uk

REFUNDS/EXCHANGES
All returns must be returned at your expense by registered post as we cannot be held responsible for lost items. If you are unable to return an item we can arrange for collection of your goods subject to a £10 administration charge authorised by us and paid in advance. In the event of faulty or damaged in transit goods (damage which has been explained in the listing will not be covered by this) we will arrange to replace or refund your goods at convenience to you. Customer services open 9:00 - 5:30 Monday to Friday.
Please note that the value of the goods will be refunded in full however the postage charge is non refundable.
