Returns Policy
In accordance with distance selling regulations we accept returns up to 14 days after delivery. Consumers need to contact us before returning the item to confirm reason. Items need to be sent in original packaging with a copy of the invoice or delivery note stating reason for return. For unwanted items the consumer is responsible for the return of the item and the cost of carriage. A refund for the items will be confirmed once we have received the returned item. Original carriage costs are non-refundable. For faulty items or items damaged in transit the consumer is responsible for return of item. Once item has been received and inspected; a replacement will be sent out and the return carriage cost will be refunded. Refunds will only be accepted with prior confirmation.
Lost in Transit
In the unlikely event you do not receive you order we will replace your order after confirming with the policies of either royal mail or Parcelforce
For royal mail deliveries the item CANNOT be considered lost until 15 working days after the DUE date of your item. After this time we will send a replacement out. For Parcelforce delieveries we must confirm with Parcelforce if the item is either lost or late. Once we have confirmed this we will send a replacement. Please contact us if you wish to have a tracking number to use on www.parcelforce.com |
