Payment Terms:
Payment required within 7 days of purchase.
Accepted payment methods include Pay Pal, Cheques, Postal Orders, Bacs Transfer and cash sent at buyers own risk.
When using Pay Pal we reserve the right to send to a confirmed address only. If this problem arises we will inform you immediately, and refund your payment.
Cheques will need to be cleared before dispatching any goods and can take up to 5 working days.
If you wish to pay by Bacs please let me know and I will forward details.
Postage & Packing:
All P&P charges are detailed on each sale page. Although we try very hard to keep our P&P charges as low as possible it is worth remembering that P&P covers more than just POSTAGE. There is also the cost of Packaging, Labels, Transportation, Time and Vat is also included on this.
Combined Postage: Most of the time we are happy to combine orders for postage together. If you are interested in purchasing multiple items, purchase the items you want and then request total from us before paying, we are usually able to send a revised invoice with discounted P&P charges or email us before buying.
When we combine orders, we take the highest P&P charge of your order, and then every other product is charged at its additional P&P charge amount. This can potentially save a substantial amount of money on P&P.
Delivery Times:
We have a very efficient turnaround time. Items are usually dispatched within 1 working day of confirmed payment.
Items are dispatched either with Royal Mail, FedEx or DHL depending on size and weight of goods. Goods dispatched by courier are sent insured and should normally reach you between 1-3 working days. Remote areas might take a while longer.
Items dispatched with Royal Mail can take 1-5 working days depending on service chosen.
Once items have left our premises your goods are in the hands of Royal Mail and Couriers. All we ask for is your patience and understanding as there is little we can do to speed them up. However items that are sent by Courier can be tracked on line. Please ask for tracking number if required and we will email it to you.
Delayed or Non Receipt of Goods:
You are expected to allow a reasonable amount of time (dependent on location and shipping method used) for items to arrive, before considering them 'lost'. For example, Royal Mail will not consider an item 'lost' until fifteen days have passed after item was dispatched.
If you have not received your item after 7 working days, you should notify us via e-mail to let us know. If the item was sent by courier we can usually track it down. If however it was sent with Royal Mail we will have to wait for the fifteen days to have passed and then if necessary - initiate a claim for compensation. When this results in a claim we will endeavour to do our best to make sure this is successful and would appreciate your help and co operation
Certificates of posting are always obtained for items sent by Royal Mail as proof of postage.
Please note that a refund will not be given until the outcome of the Royal Mail claim being successful.
This is due to the vast number of false claims where buyers claim they have not received an item but actually have, or an incorrect Postal address was supplied.
Returns:
We endeavour to supply only the highest quality products and believe you will be delighted with your purchase. However, if you are unhappy with any of our products, it can be returned to us within 14 days of delivery. Please contact us first before returning goods.
The item returned must be in its original condition, with the packaging and tags intact.
If you wish to exchange an item you will have to cover the cost of the postage back to us, and pay for the item to be shipped out again.
We reserve the right to charge a restocking and handling fee of up to 15% on goods which prove to be non-defective.
You will be responsible for the item until it is returned. For your own protection, we suggest you use a recorded delivery method or obtain certificate of posting.
Feedback:
As we list several auctions it is impossible for us to manually process each individual winning bidder’s feedback. We use a fully automated feedback system which leaves you positive feedback automatically once you leave us positive feedback. Please contact us if you have any problems with your item and we will be happy to resolve any issues you may have. Please don’t contact us and ask us to leave you feedback – If you have received your item and are happy with it, please leave your positive feedback first and you will receive our positive feedback automatically within minutes.
