Franked postage printed shows only basic Royal Mail charges, but our costs need to include franking machine charges, packaging material costs & packaging time etc.

Dispatch Times : Wherever possible all items will be dispatched within 1 working day (unless the item is being made to order) or unless otherwise stated within the listing. Customers will be notified should any delay occur.

UK Delivery Times : Royal Mail are responsible for the delivery of your item. Royal Mail quote 4 to 6 working days (not including weekends or bank holidays) for delivery of all second class postage. First class delivery is between 1 - 3 working days. If your items do not arrive within these specified times (depending on the postal option chosen), please in the first instance contact your Royal Mail Deivery Office to see if your item is awaiting collection.

International Delivery Times : Royal Mail are responsible for the delivery of your item. Royal Mail quotes from 5 to 14 working days (not including weekends or bank holidays) for delivery of all non UK items - the length of time taken will be dependant on the delivery location.

Non Receipt Of Items : In all reported cases of non receipt, a complaint will be lodged with Royal Mail. This will mean enquiries will be made at the local delivery office and with the Post Office counter staff who took receipt of the item.
