Shipping
We use both Priority and First Class Shipping. Shipping within the US is Free. Unlike most sellers we ship every day all day long. Your package will ship within hours of purchase even on Saturdays up until Noon. Need something overnight? No problem, please send us an email and we will confirm if your purchase is before our Post Office deadline.
Tracking
No domestic or International tracking for First Class or Priority Mail consists of actual updated tracking information. Tracking typically means you will receive "shipped and delivered" updates only.
International Shipping
We ship internationally by Priority Flat Rate for approximately $11.95 to $12.95 worldwide. We are able to fit a total of 2 maxi dresses or more of similar sized items into one envelope for no additional charge. Wait to pay and we will adjust your shipping to one charge and send you an updated invoice.
Travel Time - International Shipping times vary. We experience an average shipment time of 14 days if your package is not delayed in customs. If you package is delayed in customs it is beyond our control and we ask that you please be patient if this happens.
International Tracking - Even though you receive a tracking number our Postal Service does not actually provide updated tracking on your package. You will not be able to track the status of your package unless you choose Global Express which provides updated tracking and delivery in approximately 5 days.
Shipping to Canda
In addition to Priority Flat Rate we offer 1st class to Canada for $5.00. If your listing does not provide this option, please write us and we will gladly adjust your invoice for 1st Class shipping
Customs - Gifts - Declared Value - Taxes
We will not alter the value of your purchase.
We will not mark your item as a gift.
We will not reimburse you for import taxes or customs fees.
Please do not write requesting us to alter value as this is an illegal activity and prohibited on Ebay.
Returns
We accept returns and exchanges. Please check your listing for the time period allowed for returns. We ask that you please postmark your item for return as soon as possible and email the tracking number. We recommend you obtain tracking, insurance and delivery confirmation for your protection. Refunds are processed within 3 to 4 days of receiving your return.
Any item returned damaged in any way may be refused.
