PERSONALISED Items take time to create. Please see the relevant listing or page link above for details and allow the relevant time for despatch. I combine postage on multiple personalised items.Select 'REQUEST POSTAGE FROM SELLER' during checkout before paying.

PLAIN Non Personalised items will be usually be posted within 1- 3 Days. I use 1st or Second class Recorded delivery for safety of arrival and avoidance of delay. These take 1-3 days and 3-5 days respectively from date of despatch. I combine postage on multiple items. This is usually already calculated in the basket when the items are of a similar type. If they are not please select 'REQUEST POSTAGE FROM SELLER' during checkout before paying.

PLUSH TOYS can be sent at the same time as plain NON-Personalised Items and a discounted postage is applied to when you buy more than one toy or plain item together. They are sent seperately to personalised items. The total is auto calculated but if you are purchasing other different Items please select 'request postage from seller' during the checkout before paying.
