POSTAGE & PAYMENT

I aim to have the plaques delivered as soon as possible. Each plaque generally requires at least 3 coats of paint - so they cannot be made overnight! I do, however, have a small amount pre-painted for emergencies!

Please allow approx 5 - 10 working days plus the postage time for the plaque(s) to reach you.

The plaques are all handmade in purchase order but I do make exceptions for emergencies. Please email me for more information.

Please note: I try to use the embellishments used in the pictures as much as possible. Sometimes, when I am low/out of stock, I will substitute with a similar embellishment of the same or higher value. Please email me first if you are very specific as to the embellishment you would like on your finished plaque.

 RETURNS

I am only human and mistakes do happen.  I always rectify my mistakes and am more than happy to replace/refund where necessary.  Should a mistake have been made or you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, please email me in the first instance (before leaving any feedback). 

All of my plaques are intended for indoor use only.  I regret that I am unable to refund/replace any plaques that have been left outside for prolonged periods. 

Caution should be taken around young children due to small parts and ribbons etc.
