Unwanted Goods : You have the right to return an item providing you inform us in writing (e-mail) within 7 days of delivery. All costs re delivery and return will be at the buyers expense. All returned items must be in the original wrappings and unused, therefore we make special mention to be very careful when unwrapping the items to keep the wraps intact. Please keep hold of the original wrapping that the items were delivered in as you will need to return items in the manner the item was received, this is essential to avoid damages on return and we must let you know at this stage that the responsibility for this is with the buyer. Upon receipt of the item in its original packaging an inspection of the goods will be conducted. If the inspection shows the goods to be in saleable condition, we will issue a full refund of the sale value of the goods. If the item is not resaleable as new when returned we will not issue a refund. We reserve the right to refund less the actual cost to us of delivery if items are returned.
The carriers used are in our opinion the most cost effective and offer the best service available in the matter of delivering our furniture to you at rock bottom prices.
Put basically we offer a no quibble refund policy on items delivered, however the costs involved with carriage will be paid by the buyer). The buyer will be responsible for safe return of items, if this is not agreeable respectfully please do not bid on our items.
Carriage Damage: Should your goods arrive to you with obvious signs of carriage damage, you can either refuse the delivery, or sign for the delivery using the courier's "items damaged" option. If you accept the delivery without latter we are unable to claim for the damage and therefore will not be able to refund your money.
Missing Parts: If upon assembling your goods there are missing or broken parts, please notify us as soon as possible on 08458 373480 so that we may organise suitable replacements.
