Payment
We accept payment by credit card, please call 0800 043 3901, Paypal, Cheques drawn on UK banks(please allow for cheques to clear before goods are dispatched) and Postal Orders. Cash is at buyers risk and should always be sent by recorded or registered delivery.
DELIVERY

We aim to despatch all small stock items next day, and use a next day courier service for these items*. Our heavier items are delivered by a 2 man courier usually within 10-14 days of cleared payment being received. Courier will contact you directly to arrange a mutually convenient day and time for delivery. Check specific listings for individual item delivery terms. It is important that you supply us with a contact telephone number when you purchase our furniture.

Order Processing

At every stage in your order process after winning you will be given clear instructions, you will receive automatic email notifications, initially order confirmation followed by payment receipt then final email upon dispatch of the item.

For the quickest processing of your order, please read our emails and NOT use eBay's checkout or automatically pay by PayPal without reading our end of auction notice FIRST!

Our Delivery and Returns Policies can be viewed by clicking the appropriate tab in our shop pages. We hope we have made our terms clear and urge you if in doubt please do not bid on our items in order to avoid disputes after the sale.

Please could we ask you to read all the information provided before bidding on our items, we are an online auctioneer therefore you must be aware of all our terms and conditions before bidding as all bids and conditions are binding.
