			We sell luxury GENUINE Swarovski Crystal handcrafted Cat Collars and specifically made Kitten Collars to size (the first on ebay to do so - others have copied! ) .We can make collars for Toy dog breeds, and other small animals please contact us for information.

I will away on business from 16th May returning 20th May... You are still welcome to purchase items however, I will not be able to make the collars until I return hence there will be a small delay.

We are in the process of having our own chain designs made. Check back soon for our own unique designs that you will find nowhere else in the world.

Customer Care

If our customers are not completely satisfied with their collars we will refund providing they are not worn and are returned to us within 7 days. If you have any queries please do not hesitate to contact us. Customer care is important to us.

Please make certain your cats and kittens are used to wearing collars.

We will not refund for damage caused by excessive scratching..

We mail Monday's, Wednesday's and Friday's.

Turnaround is 3-5 days from receipt of cleared payment.

POSTAGE

Please also note that any future collars will be posted recorded delivery in order for the item to be tracked. Over this past 2 months we have had correspondence stateing some collars have not been received. I have of course refunded these people. On checking some of the tracking numbers at a later date I have found that some of them have indeed been received so the people concerned have had a free collar! It always takes one to spoil it for the rest. This is a common ebay scam!
