Cancelling your order
Cards and Gifts Direct are confident that you’ll be completely satisfied with your order. However if you wish to cancel the following conditions apply:
Cancelling before you have received your order
You must e-mail us at enquiries@cardsandgifts-direct.co.uk as soon as you have decided to cancel.
If your order has not been despatched it will be cancelled and you will be issued with a full refund.
However, if your order has been despatched you will be liable for both initial and return postage & packaging costs. When you have received your order you must return the goods in their original condition along with the original invoice to the address below. For your records please obtain a free Certificate of Posting from the Post Office when returning your goods.
A full refund minus initial postage & packaging costs will be issued as soon as the goods are received back at Cards and Gifts Direct.
Cancelling after you have received your order
You must e-mail us at enquiries@cardsandgifts-direct.co.uk within 7 working days of receiving your order.
Unless you are cancelling due to an error/fault with the order/goods you will be liable for both initial and return postage & packaging costs. The goods must be returned in their original condition along with the original invoice to the address below. For your records please obtain a free Certificate of Posting from the Post Office when returning your goods.
A full refund minus initial postage & packaging costs (where appropriate) will be issued as soon as the goods are received back at Cards and Gifts Direct.
