Due to recent adverse weather conditions, especially in Scotland, the North of England and the Midlands, and also due to the very high level of parcels being sent at this time of year, the Post Office and all major courier companies are advising of long delays in delivery of parcels sent. We have sent every item out a maximum of one day after payment but are experiencing long delays in our customers receiving their parcels. We apologise for this but it is completely out of our control.
Also, please note, if you are in Scotland, there is little point in taking up the overnight parcel delivery option (Get It Fast) as all courier companies are now saying that there is no way you will get your parcel before Christmas.
