A parcel must be checked in the presence of a courier.
If a product has been damaged during shipment, the parcel must not be accepted and a relevant form must be filled in.
The courier must have a relevant document. A short note must be made why the parcel has been rejected. Please, notify this fact to us immediately to get further information.
We make every effort to properly secure our articles.
During shipment all articles are wrapped in bubble wrap and packed in a cardboard box.
We ship parcels to the UK and the EU.European countries which are not EU members and to the remainder of the world, you must contact our office to arrange and confirm shipment details.
You will get a purchase confirmation within 24 hours.
Orders are processed within 5-15 working days.
Please note that shipments to Europe may take longer.
Parcels are shipped from Monday to Friday with a next-day delivery within the UK mainland.
When a shipment is sent you will receive an e-mail with the confirmation and tracking number.
We select only reliable courier companies for shipments.
Smaller orders are generally sent by the Royal Mail First Class upon a signature.
Larger orders are sent by the TNT and Fast Way courier companies.
If for any reason the shipment is delayed, you will be notified by e-mail or telephone.
