1. I am sorry but we are only able to accept PayPal payments for customers who have a confirmed address status.
2. Items in our listings & eBay Shop are on the stock file within our Parts Department, although they are marked reserved once placed on eBay. If in the unlikely event that our workshop or local customer requires the item urgently we reserve the right to withdraw the item from sale on eBay but will attempt to contact any bids to explain the situation.
3. All our listings include VAT at the existing rate; we are a VAT registered company, if you would like a copy of the VAT invoice please advise us the time of purchase.
4. Messages by e-mail through eBay will normally be responded to within working hours (see times below) although we do where possible check for any new messages outside these hours & respond although this cannot always be guaranteed.
5. Returns policy - Please see separate section.
6. We reserve the right to re-list any items not paid for within 7 days & record any unpaid strike against the winning bidder unless that bidder has contacted us to inform us of any delay such as a holiday, when we will extend the period to an agreed date. If that date is then exceeded then the above will apply & negative feedback will be left.
7. It is recommended that all parts are fitted by a professionally qualified person.
8. Any "current retail prices" quoted in our listings are for information only & are subject to change over the period of time the listing is active on E-Bay.

We are happy to take enquiries about any Chrysler Jeep, Saab or Rover parts that are not currently in our listings. Any purchase you would like to make from this enquiry will then be listed as a Buy-It-Now item on E-Bay & we would notify you when it will be listed together with it's Item Number to enable you to identify it via the search box.
