Returns Policy
- Should any item be found to be damaged on arrival please see our Carriage & Payment section for instructions.
- Should an item be found to be faulty on arrival please contact us by e-mail giving details of the problem, we will them be able to advise on the best way to proceed depending upon the nature of the problem. We will offer a refund as long as the item is not faulty through misuse or incorrect fitment & the listing did not point out a defect which relates to the claim for the part being faulty.

The carrier will require a signature & if they are unable to make a delivery to the address given they will normally leave a card & advise a pick up point. If the customer is unable to collect the goods or arrange with them an alternative delivery date, within their specified time frame & the goods will be returned to us, the customer will become liable for any charges the carrier makes on us in addition to the initial delivery charge.

Our listings advise potential buyers to contact us with their vehicle details, including VIN number to enable us to confirm that the item listed is suitable (correct) for their vehicle. If a buyer purchases an item as a result of our confirmation & then in the unlikely event of it not being correct will of course refund the full purchase price as well as carriage or postage both way upon return of the item.
- If a buyer chooses not to have the suitability checked before purchasing or if they decide that they do not require the part, we will upon return of that item to us within 14 days accept for return under the following condtions: It is undamaged, in original pakaging & sale condition, we will refund the purchase price excluding a 10% administration charge (with a minimum of £5) & excluding any carriage paid by us. If you wish to return an item please use a trackable service with insurance to cover any loss or damage to the value of the item you are returning.
