Carriage & Payment
We normally offer two types of payment options:
1. By PayPal our preferred option.
2. By postal order.
For small items we offer two types of postage:
1. 1st Class Standard is without any compensation coverage, if you choose this option we will obtain a proof of postage but loss or damage will be at Buyer's Risk.
2. Special Delivery which carries compensation for lost or damage. (See section below on making a claim)
Quoted Postage / Courier Costs:
1. Please note that all quoted postage or courier costs & expected delivery times are for UK mainland deliveries only, we would be happy to quote for any UK non mainland deliveries.
For larger and / or heavier items we two options:
1. A National Courier Delivery, who give a tracking service & compensation for loss or damage.
2. Personal collection, thereby saving the buyer any carriage charges, please see below for collection terms & times. If collecting please give 24 hours notice & provide us at the time of collection with photo identificaion together with proof of address for your own security. (See below for opening times)

Non Deliveries by Special Delivery or Courier:
The carrier will require a signature & if they are unable to make a delivery to the address given they will normally leave a card & advise a pick up point. If the customer is unable to collect the goods or arrange with them an alternative delivery date, within their specified time frame & the goods will be returned to us, the customer will become liable for any charges the carrier makes on us in addition to the initial delivery charge.
Making a Claim if Delivery is by Special Delivery or Courier:
If an item is more than one day over the expected delivery time would you please advise us by e-mail, we will contact the carrier & ask them to investigate. If it is then established that the item is missing rather than just delayed we will process a claim on your behalf.
If an item arrives to you damaged please advise us by e-mail and retain the item until the investigation is completed as the carrier may need to see it.
The timescale may vary depending on the carrier used but we will advise you as soon as is known.
Due to the fact that most of the items offered in our eBay shop are stock clearance we would not be able to offer a replacement however once the claim has been processed we will refund the purchase price paid.
