| 1. All parts bought on Buy It Now must be paid for in full within 5 days, unless you have contacted us to make other arangements.
2. All orders must be received before 3.15pm to be sent out the same day. All orders will be sent by DPD for carriage charges of £9.95 (1-3 days) and £15.00 (Guaranteed 24 hours) or Royal Mail for £3.50 smaller items.
3. If a part has been delivered damaged, please inform us within 24 hours of delivery. We can then persue the insident with the courier company.
4. All parts supplied are guaranteed for 12 months, all prices quoted are inclusive of VAT (15.0%) unless otherwise stated. We do not accept liability for charges that might occure from the use of our products. If you have a faulty part, we will send out a replacement free of charge. If the part returned has been damaged or missused further charges might occure.
5. All parts being returned for credit must include a copy of your purchase invoice. You the buyer will be liable for carriage charges to return the goods, we can arrange for the goods to be collected but charges will have to be paid by you the buyer. Items returned for credit may be subject to a 25% handling charge..
6. Items that have been won and paid for then are later cancelled will incur a 10% handling charge to cover fees. |
