Shipping
Items weighing less than 2kg will be sent via Royal Mail . If nobody is in to accept the item Royal Mail will leave a card asking you to collect your item from the local sorting office.
Items weighing more than 2kg will be sent via Parcel Force or UK Mail - a signature upon delivery will be required.
Delivery charges for each item are shown on the product page.
If an item is required urgently we can send items via Special Delivery (guaranteed next day) provided extra postage is paid for by the customer. Just contact us via email.
We can also combine postage for large orders - again email us with your order.
Please Note: Any item returned to us due to Non Delivery will need to have its postage Re-Paid before it can be sent out again.
We aim to despatch all order within 24 hours, but please allow 5-7 working days for delivery. If items are out of stock we shall notify you by email and given an approximate delivery date.
Delayed/Lost Items
If your item does not arrive after 7 working days then please email us at mail@carchrome.co.uk including your name, address and order number. We will then chase up the appropriate couriers to find out whats happened and email you back with our findings.
If after 14 working days the courier fails to deliver then the item will be deemed lost. In this case we will file a claim for lost item and despatch a replacement without delay. We cannot send replacements anytime before the 14 day period
Damaged/Faulty
If your item arrives in damaged or faulty condition then simply email us mail@carchrome.co.uk and we will advise the next course of action.
Order Errors
If you receive a wrong item and the fault appears to be ours then we shall gladly replace once the original item has been returned to us. At the same time we will reimburse any postage costs incurred by the customer when returning the product to us. Items ordered in error by the customer will be exchanged only if customer agrees to pay all Delivery costs.
Returns Policy
"The Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000" is your statuary right.
Further to your statuary right we will exchange or replace items within reason. Items returned due to defective manufacture or breakage are refunded in full. Items returned because they do not fit or suit are refunded less the cost of our standard shipping cost.
