REPLACEMENTS & REFUNDS

Our stock is either end-of-line or clearance (all of merchantable quality) and we sell at near cost,
or lower than cost price, with no reserve on auction sales. We are not a retail operation working
with a large retail mark-up, which is how we are able to offer and sell branded product at such low prices.

It is the responsibility of the buyer to ensure that the item which they buy is suitable to their needs.
In the case of shoes and clothing it is reasonable to expect that either the buyer/bidder would be familiar
with the brand and sizing, have seen/tried the product in store before bidding/buying from us
or contacted us for the relevant sizing information.

Where possible, we will replace items which do not fit, subject to a replacement of suitable size being in stock,
the buyer returning the item in good condition by recorded post and paying all postage charges. Please note that
replacement goods cannot be replaced. However, as our stock is made up of clearance and end-of-line items
there is no guarantee that a suitable replacement will be available.

We regret that we are unable to supply replacements in every case and cannot refund monies for goods which do not fit.
