All our items at Canvas Interiors are made to order, therefore do not qualify for the legal "7 days cooling off period"

However, since we like to offer our customers a premium service we will offer refunds. If your not happy with one of our products when it arrives, we will offer a refund within 7 days. Simply contact us and send the original item in the same condition in its original packaging and we will either replace or refund the item.

Due to our items being priced very low, we have to charge the re-stocking fee otherwise we would need to increase our prices, please remember all our items are made to order. Postage costs can not be refunded and it is the buyers responsibility that the item is received back to us at the buyers cost.
