What address should I enter in the billing information screen?
Please enter the address that is verified on your PayPal account, as we can only ship to verified PayPal account addresses.
How do I enter a shipping address?
Once you have logged into PayPal, you may select from the available ship-to addresses associated with your account.
What payment methods do you accept?
We currently only accept PayPal as a payment method and only accept payment from verified PayPal accounts.
When will my credit card be charged?
In accordance with PayPal policies, your account is immediately charged. However you retain all the power of the PayPal and eBay satisfaction policies based upon our preferred seller status.
How will the charge show up on my PayPal account?
The charge will appear in you PayPal account manager screen with our seller ID “Canon-outlet” associated with the sale.
Why are you not accepting my Payment?
This is likely due to you trying to use a non-verified PayPal account or to ship to a non-verified PayPal shipping address. In this case you have 24hrs from the time you’ve won the auction or bought the item to make the correction and re-submit payment.
How do I return my product?
If you wish to return your product, you will need an RMA number. This can be provided to you upon contact with our Customer Service Team within 14 days from receipt. You will receive the RMA after about 3 days from request. Please do not return the item without a RMA, as this will cause refund issues. Contacts after the expected timeframe will have to be referred to Repair Centre for warranty.
What will happen if delivery is rejected?
In the case that a delivery is rejected, a refund will be issued.
What does a “refurbished” product mean?
Refurbished products are products that for various reasons have been returned to Canon. Some examples include:
- Products were used as demonstration products (e.g. at a trade fair or showroom)
- The original packaging was slightly damaged during transportation and then replaced
- Products were sold and then returned, after the box was opened.
To ensure high quality standards, these products are put through a full set of functional test procedures, cleaned and repaired if needed. The product will be packaged in either the original Canon packaging or a neutral (brown) packaging. The core product itself may contain minor scratches or cosmetic blemishes.
