Returns are accepted if we are notified in writing within 7 working days of receipt of the item. You must contact us prior to returning your order. Faulty goods can only be returned and exchanged for ‘like for like’ parts by pre-arrangement only. All returned goods must include the original packing slip and must be returned in the condition supplied (including the original packaging). We would also appreciate that a note should also be included stating the reason of return. We recommend that you return your item using a signed for or insured service. Unfortunately, we are unable offer a refund for returned postal costs; unless in the case of faulty or incorrectly supplied parts where we will refund 100% of postal costs. |
