Only Paypal is accepted as a form of payment. This is the safest and most efficient way to process a transaction through Ebay. Payment is required upon purchase.
Delivery
Goods are professionally packaged and dispatched from our warehouse usually within 1 working day of payment. Standard delivery is FREE for all orders within UK Mainland.

In the unlikely event should you encounter a problem with your order, please contact us. Unfortunately, we are unable to guarantee times as we rely on our third party carrier, so please allow up to a maximum of 14 working days. However, the majority of deliveries arrive on time.
Returns & Refunds
We believe you'll be happy with your purchase. However, if you change your mind about your order, please notify us within 7 days of purchase. All we ask is that the item is still in its original packaging and un-used condition. You are fully responsible for any postage and packaging costs for the return, and we reserve the right to charge a fee of 5% of the original purchase price on any goods purchased and returned with no fault, to cover our costs.
If the item you've ordered happens to be faulty or defective, you’ll need to notify us and return the item within 28 days from the receipt of your order. We will be happy to give a full refund or replacement and fully reimburse your costs in returning the item to us.
All refunds for customer returns shall be processed within 7 working days from the time we receive the item. We do not hold any responsibility for any lost parcels. You are fully responsible for the item until it has arrived at our warehouse. Therefore, the use of a secure and traceable service is recommended.
Warranty
All items supplied come with 12 months manufacturer’s warranty from the date of supply. You can return the item to us within 28 days for a full refund or replacement. If it’s after, then the item will be sent off to be repaired. The timescale for the return of your item cannot be guaranteed and can take up to 30 days.
The manufacturer’s warranty does not cover any defect in the goods arising from fair wear and tear, wilful damage, accident, negligence by you or any third party, use otherwise than in accordance with its intended use, failure to follow the manufacturer's or supplier´s instructions, or any alteration or repair carried out by you or any other third party.
