Refund & Replacement
Under the Distance Selling Regulations, you may return the Goods to us for a
full refund if you are not satisfied with them, provided they are returned in
the same condition in which they were sent within 7 working days of your
receipt of the Goods. However, for the convenience of our customers, in
practice we operate a 14-day returns policy. Returns are only accepted under
this policy if the goods are complete with all original packaging, tags and
receipts, in the condition in which they were originally sent.
You may request replacement products, which we will despatch to you (subject
to availability) once we receive the original products which have been
returned.
Important! Please
contact us prior to sending return goods. - For
all returns, please include a reason for return, Name, Contact number,
order number, and your eBay user name.
- Please
detail your preference for a replacement or a refund. E.g. exchange for
size Seven
- Please
make sure that the Product is sealed properly to
prevent any damages during delivery.
- Goods
must be complete with all original packaging, tags and receipts, in the
condition in which they were originally sent.
- Return
items are customer’s responsibility, so we recommend using Royal Mail
Registered Post. We cannot accept responsibility for parcels that get lost
on the way to us.
- Please
allow up to 4 working days to fully process all returns.
Faulty products
- With
in 7days you must notify us the nature of the fault to arrange replacement
or repair.
- Original
tags must be left on faulty product
- If
the item is not found to have a manufacturing fault, or the fault is due
to customer misuse, then no refund will be issued, and the buyer will be
responsible for any fees for return shipping.
- All
replacements are subject to stock availability at the time of processing.
Incorrect
Orders/Substitutes
- In
the unlikely event of receiving an incorrect order or substituted item,
please accept our apologies and contact us to inform us of our mistake.
- Please
return the item in its original condition, and upon receipt and subject to
stock, we will ship your correct item.
- Please
enclose the return postage costs which will be refunded.
