| A:None of our items are marked dispatched as we process them through paypal...we always send within 24 hours - if there's a problem we'll contact you. |
| Q:What do I do if my topper does not arrive when I expect it? |

| A:Contact me straight away if your item does not arrive within a few days. |
| Q:How long do the toppers last for? |
|
| A:The icing last for up to 6 months and the wafer paper lasts up to 12 months.
Just follow the instructions in the leaflet provided. |

| A:It measures 10 x 7.5 inches when removed from backing. |
| Q:How long do items take to arrive in Australia or USA |

| A:Around 5 business days - worldwide |
| Q:Are the 7.5 and A4 toppers icing or wafer paper? |

| A:All large tops and 12's are icing - small sets of 24 are the only items we print on wafer. |
