SHIPPING DOMESTIC/USA:
We offer USPS 1st class parcel and Priority mail.
A. 1st class parcel consists mostly of shipping in a bubble mailer, if items will fit safely. It is available on most all items.
B. The max packaged weight for 1st class is 13 ounces.
C. Priority Mail: Is used for "ALL" weight over 13 ounces and sometimes when shape and design will not permit a 1st class mail package. Such as large and bulky items that will not fit in a bubble mailer.
D. Every package shipped does have a usps delivery confirmation attached- and shows the date and time which the package was taken /picked-up by USPS (acceptance scan).
SHIPPING RATES: USA
First Class: $3.00 for single item, $2.85 plus $0.65 for each additional item when multiple items are purchased. Up to a PACKAGED WEIGHT of 13 ounces.
Priority Mail: $6.00 for the first pound, (approx 5-6 items) each additional pound or fraction thereof is based upon zip code and zones. Zip Code and zone rates are found under our "Shipping Info" link on each listing.
SHIPPING INTERNATIONAL:
We offer USPS 1st class and international priority mail.
A. First Class international is available up to 60 us ounces in weight.
B. Priority Mail International is available up to 70 pounds
C. Delivery Confirmation (tracking) in NOT available on international 1st class or Priority mail. If you wish a tracking number you will need to request Express International, and be prepared to pay some large sums of money.
D. Our local Postal office does scan in the Customs form number for us as "Proof of Shipment" on all international packages. This is only proof of shipment and does not get tracked any further.
E. Due to the extra required record keeping and forms we need to fill out, International shipments are NOT done dailey, normally 2-3 times per week.
INTERNATIONAL RATES
CANADA: First Class $5.50 for the first item, $1.50 for each additional Item.
ALL OTHERS: First Class: $8.00 for the first item, $1.75 for each additional Item.
EXCEPTION: Should the first class shipping rate become greater than International Priority Mail, we will then use the Priority Mail Rates.
COMBINING MULTIPLE ITEMS FOR ONE PAYMENT & SHIPMENT.
We will gladly combine any items you have into one shipment, providing you follow our instructions for doing these.
A. YOU MUST WAIT for us to do the work. We will review your purchases, see how they would best ship and then send you a new invoice with items combined into one order, once we send the invoice the program we use will also update your "My Ebay > Items won". At this time you may either pay from our email invoice or from your own ebay account.
B. The exception is when you have "multiples of the same item", ebay will calculate the multiples into one order. You will not need to wait for our invoice as nothing will change from the ebay invoice.
C. You can scroll to the bottom of each listing and enter your shipping info- enter the qty wanted and click recalculate to preview shipping charges. This will save you time from emailing us and asking us to do exactly that for you.
**NOTICE--ATTENTION---YOU MUST READ THIS!!!!!
A. Should you decide to go it on your own, and make multiple payments for your items, doing so will VOID any chance of getting the items combined into one payment later. Ebay will mark the items as paid and we will be prevented from doing the combined items invoicing.
B. We prefer to have a single payment for reasons such as ease of following, and mostly the less fees we incur. For each transaction we get charged a fee, therefore we WILL NOT refund any overpayments you may make in doing multiple payments.
Our Invoicing
We normally send an email invoice within 24 hours, if you do not receive one within 24 hours, it may have gotten trapped in a spam filter.
1st check you spam box.
2nd Check your My Ebay > Items won. We use a ebay program, it will update your My Ebay > Items won when we process the order/Invoice.
For an incomplete invoice- please let us know. Our program updates every half hour, many times if you are buying multiple items the program may only retreive what is ended during the first update, we may have sent the invoice before the program updated the balance.
Do not pay the incomplete invoice (assuming you check your list against our invoice). Let us know so we can update and combine "ALL" items.

instructions and very easy instructions they are, your order will be processed and shipped rapidly!.
Please avoid the following:
Bad bouncy email addresses! Make sure you have a GOOD EMAIL address
Different Email addresses- We respond to the email address ebay provides us with at the time you purchase the item!
Don't use a different username or change it during the sale.
Make sure you have a good shipping address, if paying with Paypal MAKE SURE THEY ARE THE SAME!
Validate your address through USPS website. You can verify your shipping address through the USPS.com website and see that what you think is a good address is actually a good address with the usps. many times the USPS updates their
database and changes are made, you may have been using the same address format for years- however it may not be what USPS actually shows.
Check it- any addresses we ship to that are not verified by the usps and are returned undeliverable will require another shipping charge to have it reshipped. |
