| A:At the moment ebays 'Ask Seller a Question' is not always getting through, and if a question does get through, replies do not always get back to you. This is especially problematic if your ebay registered email address is with Hotmail or AOL. My email address is unicorn64@btinternet.com and I won't pass or sell your email address to anyone else. |
| Q:If I contact you, how quickly will you reply? |

| A:As long as I get your enquiry, (see previous question) I will reply within 24 hours, Monday to Friday, maybe a bit longer at weekends. Usually it will be much faster than this, unless I am on holiday, in which case there will be a holiday message at the top of each listing. |
| Q:How much is the Shipping and Handling Charge? |

| A:The shipping and handling charge is on every listing. Scroll to the 'Postage & Packing' section on the listing or click the 'P&P and Payments' tab on the new 'View Item' page, then select your country from the drop-down menu. |

| A:My return policy is detailed on every listing in the 'Return Policy' section near the bottom of the listing. |
| Q:How quickly will I get my item? |
|
| A:I dispatch by the next working day after receipt of your cleared payment, Monday to Friday. As a rough guide from the date of dispatch, 2nd class is 3+ days, 1st class is 2 days, and Airmail is 7 to 10 working days, all can be a lot longer during holiday periods. |
