| Delivery
- We only ship to the UK and Northern Ireland. We can also ship offshore to the Channel Islands.
- We do not ship internationally. Please UK buyers only.
- All good are sent out via UPS via next day delivery on orders before 4pm. We recommend allowing 3 working days for delivery on all goods.
- We only ship between Monday and Friday, not over the weekend or on Bank Holidays. Please be aware of this when placing your order.
- Postage costs vary depending on the size, but will never be over £3.60. Please see individual listings for specific postage costs.
- Deliveries between 8am and 6pm will require a signature.
- All deliveries will be attempted 3 times.
- We can ship to an alternative address if required, for example to work or a neighbour. Please specify this on the Order Confirmation page.
- We only ship goods on the receipt of a confirmation of payment e-mail from Pay Pal.
- We would always advise customers to contact us if they haven't received their goods within 4 days of payment confirmation.
Returns
- Returns must be made within 7 days of receipt of goods.
- To arrange a return please contact us by sending a message through eBay. Please can you include the item number, the date the item was purchased and the nature of the problem, ie - product is damaged.
- If you have received damaged or incomplete goods, please contact us and we will aim to send out a replacement the same day.
- It is the responsibility of the buyer for all costs associated with returning an item.
