Returns:
We will accept returns of our items if they are found to be faulty / defective / DOA or un-opened within 14 days of receipt from buyer, Once we have clarified that the item is faulty a replacement will then be sent in it's place. We adhere to the distance selling regulations cooling off period, which enables customers to return items un-opened for a full refund within 14 days.
All products have a 12-month Manufacturers warranty
To return an item a returns number will be required. Without a returns number we cannot be held responsible for items are sent back to us. Please ensure you contact us first prior to returning an item.
Lost/Missing Parcels - If a parcel is deemed to be lost or missing we will replace the missing items once 14 days have passed, Buyers are expected to ensure the item has not been left with
a) Neighbours
b) Local Royal Mail Sorting Office
All missing Items will be investigated fully by Cables4all and Royal Mail.
