Q: How long will it take you to ship an order?

Q: How long will delivery take?
A: Varies but usually within 1- 4 working days by Royal Mail First Class
Q: What do I do if my item doesn’t arrive within 7 days?
A: Firstly customers are encouraged to contact their local Royal Mail delivery office and also check with their neighbours / work colleagues (If item was to be delivered to works address). If you still can’t locate your order then please contact us so we can look into this for you.
Q: Are your items new?
A: Yes, our items are new factory sealed, Boxed or Blister packed, never been opened.
Q: Are your products supplied with manufacturers guarantee?
A: Yes – All products are guaranteed for 12 months, including Non-branded / our own brand.
Q: Are you VAT registered and do your prices include VAT?
A:. Yes all prices are inclusive of VAT, VAT invoices are available upon request.
Q: What happens if I change my mind?
A: We adhere to the distance selling regulations and you have the right to cancel within 14 days from date of purchase.
Q: What happens if I’ve purchased the wrong item but haven’t realised until I’ve opened / damaged the packaging?
A: We generally will accept returns on most items providing the actual product is re-packed where possible and all the contents including any promotional items are returned in as sold condition.
Q: I’ve placed an order but realised I also need another item can you just add it to my order and invoice me for both the items together?
A: Unfortunately we are unable to alter ebay invoices, The other item(s) will need to be purchased through our ebay store, If you are unsure which of the other item(s) you require then please email us and we can offer assistance or simply email you the item Id to make your purchase simpler.
Q: The product I purchased doesn’t seem to be working as I think it should?
A: Firstly things don’t always operate in a way we expect them to. Occasionally this can be a fault with the item you have purchased or it can be the wrong product for your particular application, Most of our products we generally have a set of standardized questions we need to ask, so It is advantageous for you to provide as much detail as possible regarding the fault including devices being used when the problem occurs, Manufacturers Model numbers and a reasonable description of the actual problem, as much information as you can possibly provide us.
