·         The only guaranteed delivery time is Special Delivery, which is 1-2 days. Delivery usually takes 1-3 working days, but this is only a standard; it is not guaranteed. During the November - December holiday season, you should expect a significant slowing for First Class and Second class mail. 

·         The delivery time mentioned above, is not applicable to personal cheque payments.Please allow sufficient time for your cheque to clear.

·         I will not be held responsible for lost, damaged, or stolen mail. PLEASE PAY an ADDITIONAL £1.00 FOR RECORDED DELIVERY, or £1.50 for SPECIAL DELIVERY to avoid these situations! 

      If you paid for "Special Delivery" and your item is lost or damaged, I will send you a replacement and absorb the loss out of my own pocket.

·    PROOF OF POSTAGE: Alternatively, you can request that we obtain a “CERTIFICATE OF POSTING”,when posting the item.This must be requested at the time of payment.(Please do not accept that this will be done automatically.)

·     By choosing not to pay the additional costs for “Special” or “Recorded” delivery, or request "Proof of Posting" you,the buyer will accept all responsibility for lost, damaged or stolen goods.

·         Please make money orders and checques payable to "Hilton Tosh". Please attach and print your name, address, and eBay item number, on an additional sheet of paper,clearly to ensure fast processing. 

·         PAYMENT MUST BE RECEIVED WITHIN 7 DAYS OF BID, afterwards which your order will be considered VOID and an unpaid item will be reported to Ebay. 

·         GUARANTEED AGAINST DEFECT UPON ARRIVAL! If you feel that your item is defective, I must have it within 10 days of the delivery date, and I will send you an exchange or refund upon receiving the defective item.
