Postage and Packaging
Most of our cables and leads are offered with free domestic UK shipping included. The method of dispatch is clearly shown in the postage section of each listing. Additionally, we offer a range of upgraded postal options to suit you. Please choose the method of shipment from the available options when checking out.
Many of our items are available with a courier upgrade. Please note that courier
deliveries to non mainland UK and the Highlands and Islands may incur additional
fees or be restricted. Please check with us if you are unsure. This is due
to additional fees charged by couriers to these areas.
Please note, because of the low margins on eBay sales, we cannot offer further postage discounts on freepost items. However, if you are buying an item which does not include freepost or if you are paying for an upgraded domestic UK service, a discount of 50% will be applied the postal charge on additional items automatically by the eBay system when checking out (least expensive postage charges are automatically discounted if they qualify). Unfortunately we cannot offer freepost or discounted overseas shipping due to the high charges for Airmail.
Our postal prices include not only the cost of the postal service incurred by us but also packaging costs and Value Added Tax (VAT). As we are charged by Royal Mail for the weight of our packages, simply including further items in the same package unfortunately does not allow it to be sent for the same postal cost. If you would like a shipment method not shown please contact us before purchase to discuss your requirements.
We aim to dispatch all items within 24 hours of cleared payment being received on postal days. On dispatch you will receive an email confirming that shipment has taken place (this is sent to the email address you have registered with eBay - if you don't receive your dispatch email please ensure you have access to the email address you have registered with eBay).
Estimated delivery times are shown against the relevant shipment method at the bottom of each listing. However, these are estimates and are not guaranteed delivery timeframes. Once shipped, we can only rely upon you the customer to advise us of non receipt.
If the item does not arrive within a reasonable timeframe, it may be that an attempted delivery has taken place for which you should have been left a calling card. A quick enquiry with your local sorting office will confirm whether this is the case of not and Royal Mail customer service can advise which depot is local to you by calling 08457 740 740. If after a reasonable period of time your item has still not arrived please contact us to allow us to assist.
