RETURN POLICY:

To minimize mistakes and to ensure that you get exactly what we ship, we retain a digital photograph of every shipment.
  • Buyers have 14 days from date of purchase to notify us of any discrepancies. After the 14-day period, all sales are final. All returns must be issued a Return Authorization Number before they are shipped back.
  • If we are notified within the 14 days, for any item which was not as described, or is defective, .we will provide an exchange item. [**See below regarding electronic parts.] If we do not have a replacement, we will provide a refund of original item cost including shipping.
  • To inquire about or return an item, please be sure to give us your eBay ID, E-mail and delivery addresses, and Auction ID Number.
  • To return items due to Buyer’s mistake, you must first contact us within the 14-day period for Return Authorization.** A refund will be issued when the identical part is returned in original package condition, confirmed by our photographic record. Refund amount will be purchase price less shipping, and less a 10% restocking fee, with a minimum fee of $5.00.

    **Electronic/electrical parts are NOT returnable or refundable. We sell only new electronic/electrical parts that have been pre-tested at the factory and never shipped to anyone but you. We have no means of re-testing returned parts and so can not take them back, even when there is a buyer mistake. This policy is our way to guarantee that you will not be getting a part that someone else has tried out and damaged.
