Refunds policy for sales to UK customers:
If you are unhappy with your purchase from us you have the following options.
1. Return the product at your cost to us within 7 days of receipt.
If you do this, and the goods arrive back here in the same condition that they arrived with you, we will make a complete refund to you of the goods and our original carriage charge to you, no questions asked.
2. Ask the goods to be collected within 7 days of receipt, for whatever reason.
We can arrange collection from you through our courier, once they arrive back, if they are in the same condition as they arrived with you, we will make a refund to you, no questions asked.
Important:
As noted above, the goods need to come back to us in the same condition as arrived to you. If the goods come back to us and they are not packaged correctly to survive the transit in return to us, we reserve the right to deduct damage value from your purchase.
After 7 days from receipt of goods.
We may accept goods back after 7 days for a partial refund. This refund will not include the carriage costs paid by you, and we will charge you a reasonable admin fee for us processing the goods returned. This normally makes up approx. 20% of the value of the goods as we have costs to bear for taking stocks back and then reselling them.
