Local Taxes & Custom Charges:
We are not responsible for local taxes nor any import taxes incurred by purchasing or/and shipping the item(s) over to you. In order to help you save such taxes, we will ship the item(s) by claiming (in the custom importation form) that it is a gift from friends. Therefore, you may not need to pay any tax on the item. However, it is not 100% guaranteed.
Returns & Refunds:
Returns are accepted or/and Refunds of product list price (or auction-winning price) will be made once all the following criteria and conditions are met.
1/ There is material product defect on the product.
(As majority of our products are handmade, there may have deviation in color and pattern and difference in finishing. That will not be counted as defect. Picture(s) in the listing is/are just for reference.)
2/ The buyer MUST inform us by email about the case or problem clearly stating the details and gets our written consent BEFORE he/she sends out the item.
3/ The returned goods is to be shipped back and reached us within ten(10) calendar days after the product is first delivered to the buyer.(our original shipping packaging must be included in your ship-back package so as to prove your recipient & ship-out date)
4/ The buyer MUST agree to bear and pay the shipping charge which he/she uses to ship back the returned goods.
We will NOT do the full refund of the product list price(or auction-winning price) unless all the above is accepted and done by the buyer. Please note that the original shipping charge will NEVER be refunded AND the paypal transaction fees for the original item purchase and for making such refund will be deducted from the total amount of the refund.

Non-paying bidder or buyer will be reported to ebay and their accounts will be blocked, suspended or cancelled accordingly. In addition, negative feedback will also be made to such buyer! In such events, we reserve the rights to take further legal action against such types of buyers or bidders.
