TERMS & CONDITIONS:
PayPal is preferred method of payment,
personal cheques and postal orders are also accepted and there may be a
delay in posting your order due to clearance of the latter. Please make your
payment within 5 days of your first purchase.
Postage discount is
available for adding beads and other items to your order,
rates vary from inland to
overseas. Rates depend on weight of the
additional items for example small packets weighing less than 50g will be an
extra 20p each (UK), 30p overseas. Larger packets weighing 100g will be an
extra 40p (UK) and 60p overseas.
Postage discounts are available for order paid for in one combined
invoice within 5 days of first purchase. Items ordered after this cut off day
will not be added to the invoice. Once an order has been paid for additional
items cannot be added, new items and become a new order. Discounts are NOT automatically
applied so please either request total at check out or send a message
through eBay asking for the invoice.
Ask all your
questions before buying please and always email through eBay email in your
eBay page. Emails sent to the yahoo address are not usually answered due to
spam settings.
If you are not happy with your purchase and wish to
return it in it's original packaging to the address provided on your
invoice within 7 days. Postage is not refunded for returns of any other
reason other than faulty or damaged so return postage will not be refunded if
you change your mind for example.
