Phone payments by Debit and credit card now accepted. Switch, Maestro, Visa, Mastercard. Payment must be made within 7 days of auction ending unless otherwise arranged with myself. Postage will mainly be by courier and I aim to have all parts delivered within the mainland uk within 5 Working days. There will be a small additional charge for postage to the Highlands, Northan Ireland and the Islands, Thanks

All Second Hand Parts come with a 30 day Warranty on a return to supplier basis

 

All my items are fully tested before dispatch unless stated in the auction, however in the unlikely event you receive a faulty part please report it to me and return it within 10 working days.

Returns will only be accepted if the parts are returned in the condition supplied and packaged, Return postage costs are the buyer’s responsibility and returns must be sent by a tracked courier service.

Correctly supplied goods will be refunded less 25% of the sale value as a handling fee.

Faulty goods will be tested and if found to be faulty then a full refund will be issued, if no fault is found then a  refund will be issued less 50% of the final sale value.

If the part has been damaged or broken by incorrect fitment or usage then no refund will be issued.

If parts have been disassembled or tampered with or are not the parts dispatched from me and carry my hidden markings then no return will be accepted and thus no refund given.
