The Country Cook Shop sells innovative ideas for people who love to cook. 'The Travelling Hen' is actually the name of the building that our family business has been based in for over 40 years - formerly a lovely old 17th Century Country Inn in rural Herefordshire. The Inn was renamed after the resident pub hen who used to stow away in visiting lorries and travelled all over the country with unsuspecting drivers.
