 Q: Do you offer reduce Postage if buying more than 1 item?
  A: Generally yes. If buying more than 1 item atthe same time from 1 listing Ebay should automatically combinethe postage. If buying items from seperate listings or if you decide to go back to the listing to buy additional items the same then you need to contact us to combinethe postage BEFORE PAYING.
 Q: What is your return policy?
  A: UNWANTED GOODS CAN BE RETURNED FOR A REFUND OF THE PURCHASE PRICE IF ITEM & PACKAGING IS UNUSED & IN 100% RE-SELLABLE CONDITION ~ PLEASE EMAIL TO NOTIFY US. IF YOUR GOODS ARE FAULTY UPON DELIVERY EMAIL US IMMEDIATELY UPON RECEIPT TO NOTIFY US. ALL ITEMS MUST BE RETURNED WITHIN 7 DAYS OF RECEIPT - PROOF OF POSTING MUST BE OBTAINED FROM THE POST OFF
 Q: Do you combine shipping?
  A: ITEMS CAN BE COMBINED WITH OTHER GOODS BOUGHT & PAID FOR AT THE SAME TIME TO REDUCE POSTAGE COSTS ONLY IF COMPATIBLE TO PACK TOGETHER.Please contact us if you wish to check comaptability/price. If you want a discount for combined postage on seperate items, please wait for me to send your invoice before paying as payments cannot be altered once sent
 Q: When can I expect my order to arrive?
  A: Items are only posted once payment in full has cleared - which if a cheque may take up to 2 weeks once received. We do not post daily, usually 2-3 times a week, but as soon as possible. This is due to time restrictions in running a busy Boarding Cattery and the distance to the post office.
 Q: How much is the Shipping and Handling Charge?
  A: Price covers the actual postage cost by Royal Mail, packaging costs and a small handling allowance.
 Q: Do you ship internationally?
  A: For most items we ship worldwide. If we do not for a specific items it is usually due to the unsuitability to send items airmail ie cans or liquids.
 Q: I am local to you, can I view items before buying?
  A: Yes certainly, we have an on-site shop at our Boarding Cattery where we have items displayed, if interested contact us and i will let you have our opening times to save a wasted journey.
 Q: I am local can i collect my item & pay by cash to save postage?
  A: Yes certainly, we have an on-site shop at our Boarding Cattery so there is no problem collecting, if interested contact us and i will let you have our opening times to save a wasted journey. If you want to pay by cash please arrange to come with in 7 days.
 Q: Do you take credit / debit card payments ?
  A: Yes, if you wish to pay direct with a debit or credit card then telephone us on 01905 641587.between 9am-6pm Mon-Sat or 9am-12.00 on Sundays. Please note that there is a £1.00 fee to cover this type of payment.
 Q: I am after an item you do not have listed, would you be able to sell me it?
  A: Quite possibly. We need the name of item, manufacturer & any other information. If i can source it i will then create a listing for you to purchase the item. Once payment cleared I will then order it from my wholesaler and post it when it has been delivered to us (this may take 10-14 days).
 Q: Do you keep the items you have listed in stock?
  A: Yes 99.9% of the time we only list items we have physically in stock. The only time an item is knowingly not in stock is if it has been requested as a special order for a buyer and then we list it for them to buy & pay for. This will always be clearly mentioned in the advert and rarely happens. Also rare are stock mis-counts i am glad to say.
